- Transactions cancelled before completion.
3. Non–refundable items
Completed network fees, on–chain confirmations, and third–party service charges are generally non–refundable.
4. Requesting a refund
Submit a ticket with transaction details within 14 days of the charge. We may request additional information to verify ownership and context.
5. Timing
Approved refunds are processed promptly; settlement to your payment method may depend on provider timelines.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized payment disputes should be raised with your provider. We will cooperate to provide relevant information.
